Global Burden of Disease 2013 project
The GBD project aims to inform health care policy makers about the magnitude and trends of disease and their causes, and is currently being updated. As a Post-Graduate Fellow at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (Seattle, WA, USA), I estimated the global burden of several neglected tropical diseases, skin diseases, and non-melanoma skin cancer in 1990-2013.

In collaboration with Imperial College London, IRD Montpellier and leading onchocerciasis experts, I contributed to estimating the global burden of onchocerciasis in 1990, 2005 and 2010.
